You can also view and create support tickets 24 hours a day for questions you may have with your account, your web site, or any other aspect of your web hosting service.

We have also launched a new Web Hosting Control Panel, where you can add domains, web sites, ftp accounts, email accounts, databases, and manage all other aspects of your hosting space. You'll notice that though there is a new interface, all previous functionality is still available, and there are some new features available, as well.
